Our Vision

To build a global movement of endurance athletes who dare to grow - defining themselves by courage, consistency, and self-mastery (not results)- so performance becomes the byproduct of purpose-led mental training, and endurance sport shifts from surface-level chasing to meaningful transformation.

Our Mission

The Oser Project exists to empower athletes who dare to challenge their perceived limits. We embody a mindset of growth through sport and life, supporting those who want to train their mind with the same discipline as their body – so they can perform with intention, resilience, and purposeo build a global movement of endurance athletes who dare to grow - defining themselves by courage, consistency, and self-mastery (not results)- so performance becomes the byproduct of purpose-led mental training, and endurance sport shifts from surface-level chasing to meaningful transformation.

About me

Sport has always been my language.

I grew up doing everything-soccer, basketball, swimming, cycling, climbing, running. And even when I got good results, I often felt something was missing. I wanted more than performance on paper - I wanted to feel aligned, confident, and proud of the athlete (and person) I was becoming.

I’ll be honest: I’ve always been someone who takes my mental and physical health seriously. Some people saw that as being “self-interested.” Maybe there’s truth in that. But there’s another truth too: whenever someone asked me for help-training, mindset, getting through a tough phase-I genuinely loved it. I loved seeing how one small shift could unlock progress.

Then triathlon changed everything.

Triathlon didn’t just test my body - it exposed my mind. The moments where quitting feels logical. Where your fitness is there, but you can’t access your best self. I had an old-school coach who pushed me hard, but more importantly, he taught me to ask better questions: Why do I do this? Why do I train so hard yet feel unsatisfied? Why do I struggle when it really gets tough?

That’s when I realized: what I was missing wasn’t more training.

It was mental performance training.

So I got to work - learning from my coach, books, research, psychology, courses, and conversations with high-performing athletes. Over time I built a practical blueprint I could actually train, like endurance. It changed the way I raced - and the way I showed up in life.

And I knew I wanted to share it.

Because athletes shouldn’t have to waste years repeating the same mental loops or searching blindly. If I can help others shortcut the process - save time, save effort, and grow with purpose—then it’s worth building.

That’s why I created The Oser Project: to help endurance athletes - from beginner to elite - train their mind with the same discipline as their body, so results become the byproduct of courage, consistency, and self-mastery.
